Terms of Service

Effective November 5, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Pragmatic LLC, doing business as CurbAppeal ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the CurbAppeal apps or website, you agree to them.

What CurbAppeal is

CurbAppeal is a marketplace. We help customers find and book independent lawn and yard care businesses ("pros"), and we handle scheduling, messaging and payments. Pros are independent contractors, not our employees or agents, and they are responsible for how they perform their work.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Booking and prices

Prices are shown before you book and are based on the service, add-ons and the size of the area you trace or enter. A service fee and booking fee are shown at checkout. If the area is much larger than described, the pro may contact support before starting.

Payment

When you book, we place a hold for the total on your saved card. We charge the card after the pro marks the job complete. Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms.

Cancellations and access

Please keep gates unlocked and pets inside during your arrival window.

Problems with a job

If something isn't right, contact support in the app or at [email protected] within 48 hours. We review job photos and messages, and may offer a re-do or a full or partial refund.

Your conduct

Treat others with respect. Don't use CurbAppeal for anything illegal, don't misuse other people's information, and don't arrange to pay pros you met through CurbAppeal outside the app. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.

Text messages

By adding a mobile number you agree to receive verification codes and, if you choose, job-related texts. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. See our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that a pro will be available for every request, or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the job involved.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we will tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use CurbAppeal after that means you accept them.
